GAYLE has built her career on exploring new perspectives. She has developed insights from many different angles as both a client and agency practitioner in consumer research, communications and marketing.
Over the past two decades, Gayle has influenced brand and program development as a VP of Qualitative at Ipsos, and through strategic roles at digital and creative agencies working with Bell, Molson, Sobeys, Unilever and Tangerine.
Gayle has a passion for writing music and 'ripping lines' on some of the best ski hills in the country. She can always find fresh powder in July… somewhere.

Kirsten is a brand strategist with an entrepreneur's instincts and a creative eye. What drives her is the moment things click: a brand position that captures what an organization stands for, a creative campaign that lands because the brief was right.
Over 20 years she's worked across technology, energy, finance, and packaged goods, including 11 years as VP Strategy at MacLaren McCann and Cossette. She's an early adopter of AI as a strategic and creative tool, and a firm believer that the human in the loop is still a good idea. For now!
Off the clock, she's on the trails or on the water with her favourite canine, which is where some of her better thinking happens.
